We apologize for the unwanted server disconnect earlier. The problem was in our SW/TW Queue.
We understand the disappointment to everyone. It is x1000 the pain for us to see that. But, rest assured that it was already fixed and won't happen again.
We will compensate you in some other ways. We will give you good service and immediate fixes in game problems. We have shown you our capacity to fix and adjust to players concern. The game freeze, the item mall, it is now fixed because of you.
We promise to you that we will work hard, do more, in everyday. We just need you to trust us. Bear with us, for we will do everything for MyRAN.
As for the mayhem earlier, we will compensate everyone with our events in-game.
